Travel today can be complicated. We handle the messy parts—navigating entry requirements, selecting the right travel insurance, rerouting cancelled flights—so you can skip the stress and focus on the good stuff.
How It Works
Step 1 – Let’s get to know each other
Fill out our Client Inquiry Form so we can learn about your travel style, preferences, and vision. This helps us decide if we’re the right fit for each other.
Step 2 – The Proposal
If we’re both excited to move forward, we’ll create a customized proposal—a rough itinerary with accommodation options, possible activities, and logistics (air, transfers, you name it).
Step 3 – Face-to-face (sort of)
We’ll hop on a Zoom call for our first chat. After that, we can switch to emails, texts, or voice calls—whatever works best for you.
Step 4 – Building Your Itinerary
For clients who choose our full itinerary service, this is where the magic happens. We’ll fine-tune every detail—travel insurance, transfers, rental cars, dining reservations, spa appointments, activities, excursions—until it’s just right.
Step 5 – Review & Confirm
We’ll collaborate to choose your preferred accommodations and finalize your itinerary. Then we lock it all in.
Step 6 – Ask Away
Before departure, you can schedule a call to go over every detail so you feel completely ready.

Your job? Pack your bags and enjoy. We’re here for you every step of the way, before, during, and after your travels.
Our Fees
We’re not your “old school” travel agency. We design truly customized, out-of-the-box itineraries and experiences—and that level of care comes with a consultancy fee. Fees start at $250 for full trip planning.
Already know exactly where you want to go and where you want to stay? If you just want to book through us to score the WildHer VIP treatment and amenities, we can often do that at no additional cost.
Flights
We can book your flights for you—or you can take care of them yourself. If something goes wrong (hello, cancelled flights), we’ll help troubleshoot and get you rebooked so you can keep your trip on track. Air ticketing fees do apply—see my fee sheet for details. Prefer to use points or DIY? No problem—you’re always welcome to book your own flights.
